Katie is the best, we have used her to buy and sell about 3 times now (in our forever home now). I think one of her best qualities are attention to details and how she makes sure we are understanding all our options. Another HUGE plus is her relationship she has with the lender from Bell Bank, if there was a house I really liked Katie would reach out to her contact from the lender and she would run number for us. So if we did want to make an offer we were ready and comfortable with all the payments. Whether you are buying or selling she will always fight for you as her client. Can’t recommend Katie enough, we have referred her to family and friends and they will all tell you the same thing.
