I've been fortunate to know Katie Troye for well over a decade now. First as a friend and neighbor, then as my realtor through 2 home purchases and 1 home sale. Katie is the best, we have used her to buy and sell about 3 times now (in our forever home now). I think one of her best qualities are attention to details and how she makes sure we are understanding all our options. Another HUGE plus is her relationship she has with the lender from Bell Bank, if there was a house I really liked Katie would reach out to her contact from the lender and she would run number for us. So if we did want to make an offer we were ready and comfortable with all the payments. Whether you are buying or selling she will always fight for you as her client. Can’t recommend Katie enough, we have referred her to family and friends and they will all tell you the same thing.

As first time home buyers, my husband and I went into the whole process a bit overwhelmed. We were referred to Katie by a close friend, and I'm SO grateful we found her! She works very hard and was always right there when new houses popped up that we might like and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. We are just going under contract with Katie. After interviewing a few other realtors and feeling like they were just out for a quick sale and turn around we were impressed that Katie could appreciate the work we have done to our home and landscape. Our home is a 1969 Rambler in an area that has lots of new home construction going on. Experience in the field and her leadership skills impressed us.
