We confidently contacted Katie Troye after the wonderful help she offered our daughter in the sale of her home. She was prompt in her response, clear in her explanations, approachable with our many questions, patient in our timing requests and encouraging as we prepared our home for photos, "live date" and the open house. Once we had an offer, she guided us through the next steps of inspection and appraisal. Closing went smoothly and we were happy to have her beside us as she had been all along. I have worked with Katie six times now, both as the home seller and home buyer. She has always gone above and beyond and has shown me that she has my best interest in mind. She has a sharp eye when touring homes, and gave us great advice on small changes we could make in ours to maximize our price. She always responded to texts and emails right away, and she let us know in advance if she expected to be unavailable for any period of time. With her help, our house sold right away, and we were able to find a new home we love at a terrific price. While we hope to be in our new home for many, many years, Katie would be my first call/text if I or a friend needed a realtor in the future.
